What a Dutch invoice must show
Per the Belastingdienst, a full invoice must include at least the following. The builder checks for these before you print.
- Your business name
- Your business address
- Your VAT identification number (btw-id)
- Your Chamber of Commerce number (KvK)
- Client name
- Client address
- A unique, sequential invoice number
- Invoice date
- At least one line with a description
Keep your invoices for at least 7 years (10 years for invoices relating to real estate). This tool does not provide tax advice.
